Looking for Graphic Designer with a strong background in print-ready artwork 

Serengeti Print is a leading design, print, and signage company looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in print-ready artwork to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands how artwork translates from screen to real-world applications – It will be printed, installed, displayed, held, and seen in the real world. It needs to communicate clearly and look exceptional when it hits paper, signage or packaging.

This is a strictly in-house position, Monday to Friday hours; remote or freelance applications will not be considered.

As a Graphic Designer at Serengeti Print Group, you will be responsible for producing visually strong, accurate, and practical designs that support our clients’ branding goals and meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design for Print: Create accurate, print-ready artwork for brochures, magazines, signage, die cut packaging and much more.

  • Branding & Identity: Create, develop, and work with logos, brand guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency across all outputs.

  • Pre-Press & File Preparation: Prepare files correctly for print, including bleed, colour, die lines and general print requirements.

  • Client Artwork & Communication: Check, adjust, and prepare supplied client files and communicate clearly with clients.

  • Collaboration: Work well in a team and deal with pressure and tight timelines.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve design workflows, efficiency, and visual outcomes.

  • Organisation: Good time management, maintain well-organised digital files and adhere to internal naming conventions and storage systems.

Requirements

  • Experience as a graphic designer working in print, signage and branded print collateral.

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a PC-based environment (will consider Mac).

  • Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, colour management, and limitations.

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and internal team members professionally.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirement.
