Once a print job has been approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in supplied artwork or information.
5. Delivery and Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on production or courier delays.
Serengeti Print Group is not liable for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
As print products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted where required by law (e.g., in cases of faulty goods or significant defects).
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, accompanied by clear details and supporting evidence.
7. Serengeti Print Club Membership
Membership terms, benefits, and usage conditions are outlined in the Serengeti Print Club Agreement.
Print Club credits are non-transferable and must be used within the membership period unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure all information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability.
To the extent permitted by law, Serengeti Print Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site or any linked site.
